Visit 1
A one-hour visit with Dr. Markell will include an in depth discussion of your lifestyle and health history as well as your health goals, including any necessary prescriptions* filled at a pharmacy should you both agree to their benefit. Receive access to the Hormonal Harmony Hub Library and The Hormonal Harmony Community.
Visit 2
Review your comprehensive laboratory evaluation, change in symptoms and next steps.
Visit 3
A follow-up visit to review your personalized plan and continued carer based on your testing, symptoms, lab results and health goals.

Telehealth visits are available.

Laboratory tests may be covered by your insurance and are not included in the cost of the program. Additional functional medicine tests are not included in the cost. Patients in the program receive a premium discount on Functional Medicine testing and medical grade supplements if needed.

The clinic does not accept insurance, and fees must be paid at the time of service or with our approved payment plan. We accept cash, checks, debit card, and credit cards. We cannot submit medical claims on your behalf or assist you with claims resolution. Some integrative health services may be reimbursable under a health reimbursement account (HRA), health savings account (HSA), or flexible spending account (FSA). It is the patient’s responsibility to check with their plan administrator to determine what expenses are covered. We can also provide you with a superbill.
We are also exloring becoming a care credit provider.

Currently KMMD does not offer annual GYN visits. Some visits wll require a gyn exam related to symptoms and health concerns and cannot be billed as an annual due to the nature of the evaluation.

After the HH Consultation Program you have options to continue if desired. You can join our Concierge Hormonal Harmony Maintenance Program or schedule follow-up visits as needed for hormonal/nonhormonal management.

I am currently licensed to practice medicine in Arkansas. To schedule medical visits with me, you must live in Arkansas or come to your initial visit with me in Arkansas, in person or telemedicine. If you live outside of Arkansas, you can schedule high level hormonal education or coaching visits with me by clicking here.
